Our nature provided us with all necessary elements for your health but we by some reasons ignore this fact.  For example, hardly everyone heard about fish oil. And those who heard are afraid of them because they think that fish oil, as every kind of fat badly influences our diet. But it is not true. It helps us to control our level of cholesterol and to support it.  Also in positively influences our body.  That is why it is strongly recommended to eat fish oil at least twice a week.

 

It would be a great benefit for pregnant women to consume fish oil. The matter of fact, omega-3s helps to reduce the risk of premature birth and the risk of low birth weight.  It should become a good healthy habit to eat fish fat, as it has so many positive effects. If you want your children to be healthy and clever it is a must to include in their ration fatty fish products. And if parents consume fatty fish or some fish oil dietary supplements they set a good example for their children to do the same. Parents are role models for their children. It‘s an obvious fact.
